Pre-Registration for the 2021-22 Season

Please note OMHA_VACCINATION_POLICY_V1_2 requires all players, coaches, officials, and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 by October 31st 2021.

At this time, leagues are planning for a "normal" season of full five-on-five hockey. Continue to monitor our main page news items for any updates regarding league play and Covid-related policies.

Registration Fees for 2021-2022 Season

For all registrations:

Volunteer Fee - $100
This additional fee is charged once per family, regardless of how many children you register. PDMHA relies on its parents/guardians for so much! Volunteers make up coaching staff, team managers and trainers, parent reps, and help the Association run events - this year, we will also be looking for parent volunteers to help with contact tracing records. We hope that instead of letting PDMHA keep your volunteer fee, the amount is enough that people will decide to get involved. PDMHA doesn't want to keep your $100, we need you to come on out and volunteer!  Those who do will have their volunteer fee refunded at the end of the season, through a credit to put towards next year's registration!

Fundraising Fee - $150
Each family is also charged a single fundraising fee, for which they will then receive a book of 50 raffle tickets for some great prizes! Any money collected through the sale of their tickets is then retained by the family; thus, this fee can also be fully recouped. The raffle draw takes place at our annual Hugh Hall Celebration event in mid February.

Player Fees – Player registration fees are according to age division, and are given in the table below:

2021-22 Age Division  Registration Fee
+ Volunteer/Fundraising
  U7 - Initiation Program (born '15, '16, '17, '18) ***       $400        + $250/family
  U9 - Novice (born '13, '14) ***       $500
  U11 - Atom (born '11, '12) ***       $550
  U13 - Peewee (born '09, '10) ***       $550
  U15 - Bantam (born '07, '08)       $575
  U18 - Midget (born '04, '05, '06)       $575

Registration Notes:
*** New Player Incentive:  Any new player registering with PDMHA for U13 and below, who has never registered with an organized minor hockey association previously, will be offered a discounted rate of only $250 for registration!  So now is the time to try this wonderful team sport!  (does not apply to players transferring from another centre; volunteer + fundraising fees are still applicable)

Registration fees for the third (and fourth, etc.) child within one family unit are 1/2 price!  Only one discount per child will be applied (either the third child 1/2 price discount OR the new player discount rate).

If current Return-to-Play restrictions are loosened later in the season, PDMHA reserves the right to request payment of additional fees, to cover any additional costs incurred associated with league games.

PDMHA's Registration and Refund policies can be found here.
