Please complete the following to register your player(s) for the 2022-23 hockey season. Registrations may be cancelled at any time, up until Mon. Sept. 5th 2022, with no penalties.

It is the player's/family's responsibility to contact PDMHA with any requests for Non-Resident Player passports, at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled tryout sessions at such AA/A centres.
