Picture Night!

Better late than never! We have been able to book Picture Day Photography to do individual hockey pictures on Monday March 28th. They will then create team photos from the individual shots - no waiting around for the team picture to be taken!

If possible, please attend the timeslot for your team according to the schedule below - players AND coaches! However, arrangements can be made if you need to arrive before or after your assigned time.
Changerooms will be available - players do not need to wear helmets nor skates, but should otherwise wear full equipment. Pictures will be taken either in the lobby or upstairs hall (not on the ice).
5:30-5:50pm - Learn to Skate (Blue Timbits)
5:50-6:10pm - Learn to Play 1 (Black Timbits)
6:10-6:30pm - Learn to Play 2 (Orange Timbits)
6:30-6:50pm - U9 LL1
6:50-7:10pm - U9 LL2
7:10-7:30pm - U11 LL
7:30-7:45pm - U11 Rep
7:45-8:00pm - U13 Rep
8:00-8:15pm - U15 Rep

PRE-ORDERING ONLINE
- Please visit
www.pictureday.ca and click on Order Online
- Select Sports Teams and current season and your league name
- Order & pay securely online and skip the sales booth completely on photo day
- We will have a copy of your online order on photo day
ORDER ON PHOTO DAY
- Print out the order form and fill out player info
- Select your desired packages and write down the codes
- We will have samples on display to help you decide on your package selection
WHAT TO WEAR?
- All equipment EXCEPT: NO helmets, NO mouthguards, NO neckguards, NO skates
- Please wear your hockey pants & bring your stick and gloves
- Please remove any green tape from your stick
WHO NEEDS THEIR PICTURE TAKEN?
- ALL members of the coaching staff
- ALL players (even if they are NOT ordering any packages)
TEAM WORKFLOW
- Players AND coaches are to be dressed and lined up at the designated time
- We will take ONE POSE of each coaching staff member
- We will take ONE POSE of each player
WHAT ABOUT THE TEAM PICTURE?
- We do not take a traditional posed team picture
- Team picture will be created from the individual portraits
