Lifted: Proof of Vaccination Requirement & Capacity Limit
PDMHA will be following the provincial and public health safety measures as they relate to Covid-19 restrictions.

As of March 1, capacity limits at the Plattsville arena have been lifted (no more restrictions as to the number of spectators allowed per player) and proof of vaccination will no longer be required for entry to the facility.

Mask/face covering requirements and passive screening remain in place...

Everyone must wear a masks/face covering while inside the facility, including in the changerooms.  Masks can only be removed for those participating in on-ice activities, while on the ice.

While capacity limits have been lifted, please remain respectful of other individual's personal space.

Only come to the arena if, within 24 hours, you have answered the questions on the Covid-19 Customer Screening tool  (https://covid-19.ontario.ca/screening/customer/) and obtained a green check mark. you are feeling well and have not been experiencing Covid-19 related symptoms.

If you, or anyone in your household, has tested positive for Covid-19, then you must self-isolate at home for a minimum of five days.  After five days, if you have been symptom free for at least 24 hours, then you can resume attending/participating in hockey activities.

Away Games:

For each of your away games, please check the other centre's website and take note of their specific policies.  Here is a list of other centres' websites:  https://plattsvilleminorhockey.ca/Pages/1993/Policies_at_other_Centres/

Thank you for everyone's cooperation and patience while at the facilities, so that we can do our part in keeping our families safe & healthy, and hockey going in our communities!
