Hugh Hall Celebration & Initiation Program Showcase
Sunday February 24th, 3pm-5:30pm
This annual event showcases our youngest Timbits players displaying the skills they have developed this season, during cross-ice games of hockey - always a lot of fun and very entertaining!
In addition, the value of volunteerism is celebrated, in honour of Hugh Hall, one of the "founding fathers" of hometown hockey in our community. Members of the Hall family will be joining us centre ice during the opening ceremony of the Timbits game.
The fundraising raffle draw will take place after the game, followed by a public skate for our hockey families and community friends.
This is a free event - so come cheer on these future all-stars and show them what small-town hockey is all about!
Approximate schedule for the afternoon:
3:00pm Opening ceremonies
3:10pm Timbits games (two cross-ice games)
4:15pm Fundraising raffle draw & Puck toss
4:30pm - 5:30pm Public skate
