Our association's annual Elmira Poultry fundraising campaign has begun! If you have not received it already, you should expect to see your order form the next time you are at the arena - ask your team coach and/or parent rep (forms have been placed in team mailboxes).
Once again, proceeds from the fundraiser are being split between the
teams and the association...
For our initiation group, half of the funds raised will go directly to the purchase of rink dividers for cross-ice / half-ice games; for novice, through to midget teams, half of the funds raised are returned to the team to use towards team tournament costs.
Order forms and payment are due Sunday Oct. 28th, with product scheduled for delivery on Wednesday Nov. 14th.
We will also be looking for
four to six volunteers to help on Nov. 14th, with sorting and monitoring pickup of orders. If you can help for a 3hr shift (either 2pm-5pm, or 5pm-8pm), please contact
Laura Quinn. Helpers will be eligible to earn back their $100 volunteer fee.
