Registration Fee Notes:

** Note, that Rep team fees (U11 and above age divisions) are in addition to the base registration fees and will collected once teams have been determined in September; additional fees will also apply to attend the tryout/evaluation sessions.

Registration fees for the third (and fourth, etc.) child within one family unit are 1/2 price!  Discount is applied to the youngest child/children in the family.

VOLUNTEER FEE - $100/FAMILY
All registration fees, include a volunteer fee is charged once per family, regardless of how many children you register. PDMHA relies on its parents/guardians for so much! The volunteer fee will be refunded to those families who assist in running our organization.

Ways of earning back the volunteer fee include serving on the PDMHA Executive, being rostered as part of a team's bench staff (max of 5 per team), being a team volunteer - team parent rep, jersey washer, tournament/event organizer (max of 3 per team), or assisting at an organization event (picture day, fundraisers, Hugh Hall celebration, home tournaments etc.). Opportunities to volunteer and earn the refund will be communicated through the website and/or membership-wide emails.

We hope that instead of letting PDMHA keep your volunteer fee, the amount is enough that people will decide to get involved. PDMHA doesn't want to keep your $100, we need you to come on out and volunteer!  Those who do, will have their volunteer fee refunded at the end of the season, through a credit to put towards next year's registration!

FUNDRAISING FEE - $150/FAMILY
Each family is also charged a single fundraising fee, for which they will then receive a book of 50 raffle tickets for some great prizes! Any money collected through the sale of their tickets is then retained by the family; thus, this fee can also be fully recouped. The raffle draw takes place at our annual Year End Wrap Up event at the end of the season.
