Fundraising Tickets - Important Update
Hello PDMHA Families,

We wanted to share a quick update regarding the fundraising ticket bundles that were recently distributed.


This year, we had a new volunteer coordinating the ticket distribution and, unfortunately, a mistake was made in the process. Some families received a bundle of tickets for each registered player, when the intention was for each family to receive one bundle of tickets per family.

Because of this error, we kindly ask that any extra bundles be returned so they can be redistributed to other families.If your family received more than one bundle, please return the additional tickets to your team’s Parent Rep at your earliest convenience, if this is not possible (you are on vacation etc.) please bring them with you on the day of the Year-End Event/Draw (March 28, 2026).

Parent Reps: A collection box will be set up in the equipment room where returned bundles can be dropped off. Please note that the collection box will not be available until the afternoon of Sunday, March 15, 2026.

We understand that some families may already have begun selling tickets from the extra bundles. If that is the case, please connect with Krista Allen ([email protected]) so we can help coordinate next steps.

We sincerely apologize for the mixup and appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us resolve it. The documentation and process for ticket distribution have already been updated to help ensure this does not happen in future seasons.
